How to Use

Gently shake the canister prior to each use as contents may settle. For a meal replacement, simply blend, shake or stir 25 g (3 scoops) of Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix with 300 ml of skimmed milk. Alternatively, mix 25 g (3 scoops) of Formula 1 Shake Mix with 2 scoops of Shakemate and 300 ml water and enjoy.*

RECOMMENDED USAGE LEVEL:For Weight Control: Replace two meals daily with a Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix and eat one nutritious meal to support weight loss.For Weight Management: Replace one meal daily with a Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix to maintain and manage your weight.
